Click on the “Mod list” button and select “Naked Lady”.
Drag and drop the “Naked Lady.rar” in RAR format into the “modmanager” directory:. Click “Define game path” and add the “.exe” file under the game directory. Go to “Choose game” and select “Devil May Cry 5”.
